“Has anyone seen Wicked?” Alice had lost her pet toad, well she didn’t lose her. It was most likely Wicked
ran off again that toad like to do its own thing but it was getting late and Alice worried. No one gave her answer so
Alice knew she would be alone in looking for her pet. It was night and Alice knew if she left the common room if she got
caught it would be detention for her. That was not going to stop Alice though, grabbing her robe Alice opened the
portrait and ran down the stairs. At least Alice knew some of Wicked’s hiding spot the first place she
would look was by The Forbidden Forest.
She had made it outside without any teachers, headboy or girl finding her. Alice ran down the trail towards the forest
where she began to look by the edge of the forest. Alice hope Wicked did not travel in the forbidden forest because
she really did not want to go inside. “Wicked?” She whispered a few times not wanting to rise in voice in case there was
someone nearby. Alice heard a faint croak inside the forest, she took a deep breath and step inside the forest. She only took
a few steps in when she heard a croak close by, Alice got excited and ran towards the sound.
There sat Wicked sitting on a log with another toad. “Wicked!” As soon as she spoke the other toad hop off. She
quickly picked up Wicked and gave her yell. "How could you do such a thing! I was scared out of my wits about you
missy." Alice shook her finger at the toad but it quickly stopped when she heard what had to be a footstep. Quickly
she looked around the dark forest for where the noise had came from hoping it was a person and not some creature.
